Whilst our spirits are strong the physical fatigue is getting to me a bit, especially while rowing at night. The mind starts to play tricks when I’m so tired. It’s more the sleep deprivation that effects me.
We are currently rowing 1.5 hour shifts and we only get 4 hours sleep. We are wet a lot of the time but we are strong and eating well.
Pic of small fish: is a flying fish which landed in the boat. It was too dry to eat. Pic of bigger fish is a needle fish. Also landed in boat. I ate the two small fillets below the dorsal fins sushi style.
In between we drink protein shakes Fitness FuelThe WellnessBrothers and also taking carb supplements in liquids while rowing.
